Responsibilities
- Lead and manage EHS across all UK sites
- Develop and maintain management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001)
- Carry out audits, inspections, risk assessments and provide coaching to managers and teams
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance across sites
Qualifications
- Experienced EHS professional in manufacturing, engineering or construction with strong knowledge of UK legislation
- Confidence in leading culture change and influencing at all levels
- Qualified in a relevant discipline (NEBOSH/IOSH desirable)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
