The Project
- We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a high-spec CAT B commercial office fit‑out in Manchester.
- The project is a 20,000 sq ft, 19‑week programme within a flagship sustainable building, designed to create a modern, flexible, and collaborative workspace.
- High‑end office fit‑out works
- Breakout areas, meeting rooms & client spaces
- Sustainable materials and finishes
- Complex M & E coordination within a live commercial environment
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day site operations from start to completion
- Manage subcontractors, programme, and site logistics
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to high quality
- Coordinate trades and manage sequencing of fit‑out packages
- Maintain site records, RAMS, and health & safety compliance
- Liaise with project managers, clients, and design teams
Requirements (ESSENTIAL)
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Fire Warden / Fire Marshal
- Asbestos Awareness
- Proven experience delivering CAT A / CAT B office fit‑outs
- Strong track record on commercial interior projects
