Job DescriptionFM Electrician – North West Location: North West Salary: £20.08 per hour Job Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time Company Van: Provided Travel: Door-to-door paid We are currently recruiting for FM Electricians to join a growing facilities management team on a permanent basis, covering contracts across the North West. This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a secure permanent position, with door-to-door travel paid, a company van provided, and the opportunity to work across a variety of commercial FM contracts.
The Role
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across FM contracts
- Attending various commercial sites across the North West
- Fault finding, testing and general electrical maintenance
- Completing PPM and reactive maintenance works
- Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard
- Participating in the on-call rota when required
- Working as part of a wider FM maintenance team
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications
- Previous experience within Facilities Management / Commercial Maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable travelling across the North West
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rota
- Good communication and customer service skills
