Lead legal strategy across construction projects, contracts and property matters for a growing UK organisation. A senior in‑house role combining legal leadership, governance and risk management. Transforming PLC is a UK-based organisation committed to delivering high‑quality, safe and sustainable homes and environments that support our operational teams and the people who use our services. Group Legal provides strategic and pragmatic legal support across construction projects, commercial contracting and property matters. We work closely with Developments, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Procurement to manage legal risk, support strong governance and enable timely, value‑for‑money decision‑making.
Location: Manchester, UK
Salary: £75,000 – £93,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Strong legal leadership experience across construction projects and associated property matters
- JCT/NEC contracting, procurement and governance
- Property transactions, leases and due diligence linked to construction delivery
- Dispute resolution and external counsel management
