Our client specialise in many sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Cladding Remediation. They have sites across Manchester and the surrounding areas and are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team and help out on their upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
- To liaise with and communicate fully with the Site Manager & Project Manager on all site-based aspects of each delegated project.
- To assist the SM / PM in maintaining Contract Administration within Sharepoint.
- To ensure the issues and re-issues of all required PPE equipment to directly employed operatives.
- Assist the site manager in compiling the weekly reports, diaries and photos through Sharepoint.
- Site inductions & ensure that all operatives are CSCS registered and hold a current card which is applicable to their trade.
- Carry out regular toolbox talks with operatives onsite and record.
Skills and Qualifications needed:
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at work
- Asbestos Awareness & Fire Marshal (if no, willing to get)
- Working at Height
- PASMA
- IT Literacy
- MUST have new build & refurb experience
