We are seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to join our client's purpose-built facility in Worksop. Located in Worksop, this well-established manufacturing site has been a centre of excellence since 1975, specialising in Rotary Cam Switches and Switch Disconnectors for the global market. The Worksop site is known for its strong Continuous Improvement culture, skilled workforce, and commitment to delivering high-quality products efficiently. This opportunity offers a key leadership role within a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team in Worksop to achieve KPIs, including reactive downtime, TPM, and OEE.
  • Act as the Worksop site subject matter expert for LOTO, TPM, and electrical safety, leading training and annual competency validation.
  • Own and maintain all maintenance policies and procedures at the Worksop facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives in Worksop, including budgeting, capital investment planning, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • HND or equivalent in Engineering (electrical bias)
  • Recognised apprenticeship training
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification
  • Significant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven supervisory or managerial experience
