About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to support a student accommodation site in Canada Water throughout June. This role will involve general maintenance and upkeep to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Replacing blinds across approximately 90 rooms
- Carrying out basic painting and touch-up work
- Completing general handyman duties as required
- Supporting with overall maintenance and upkeep of the accommodation
- Ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and well-organised
