Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair injection moulding machines and associated production equipment.
- Provide electrical fault‑finding and repair support across production machinery.
- Support production teams to ensure machinery operates efficiently and meets performance targets.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Diagnose equipment faults and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
- Support engineering and manufacturing improvement projects to enhance machine performance and production efficiency.
- Monitor machine performance, quality metrics, and production output.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across moulding machines and ancillary equipment.
