For the successful Machine Operators our client is offering:
- 4 on 4 off (2 days & 2 nights) 07:00 - 19:00 & 19:00 - 07:00
- Temporary to Permanent
- Free parking
The role - Machine Operators:
- Operating machines to standard running conditions
- Ensure cleaning of machine is to standard
- Record data from downtime and observation standards
- Ensure safe working practices
- Line standards achieved
- Quality of product achieved throughout
- Escalate when problems occur
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operators:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Flexible with shift and can work both day and night shifts
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Previous experience within a food packaging company would be advantageous but not essential
