Welder Location: Luton
Pay Rate:Β£40,000 - Β£46,000 p/a
Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00)

The Role
As a Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welded components and assemblies to coded standards, ensuring all work meets strict customer and industry specifications. You will work closely with production and quality teams to deliver products safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG, MMA and MAG welding on a range of components and assemblies.
- Interpret engineering drawings, welding procedures and technical specifications.
- Set up, operate and maintain welding equipment.
- Produce work to coded welding and quality standards.
- Accurately complete production documentation and ERP system records.
- Monitor welding consumables and maintain stock levels where required.
What We're Looking For
- Time-served Welding Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years' welding experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven experience with TIG, MMA and MAG welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications.
- Experience working with carbon steel and stainless steel materials.
