The business operates across multiple construction sectors, including roofing, waterproofing, brickwork, and property development. With a strong client base and plans to double turnover from £20m to £40m over the next five years, growth has created the need for a dedicated operational leader to strengthen internal processes, support project delivery, and build the infrastructure required for the next stage of expansion.
You will act as the operational hub of the business, supporting Contracts Managers, monitoring project delivery, improving systems and processes, and helping drive business growth. You will work closely with the Directors to coordinate resources, oversee project progression, and support recruitment and staff development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational or management experience within construction, logistics, property maintenance, or a similar project-driven environment. You will be confident, organised, commercially aware, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
