Overview
Lead the end-to-end wholesale order process, collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, logistics, finance, and warehousing) to ensure efficient operations and excellent client service. Manage a team and drive continuous improvement to meet shipping targets and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee wholesale order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery
- Act as main contact for wholesale and key accounts (orders, returns, re-orders)
- Lead and develop Operations Executives to deliver high service standards
- Partner with logistics to proactively resolve delivery issues
- Monitor performance, report on risks/opportunities, and track shipment progress
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Support sales teams in achieving revenue targets and account growth
- Lead weekly cross-functional operations meetings
- Assist with projects and system/process issue resolution
Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial awareness across supply chain and sales functions
- Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
