This is an opportunity to join one of London's highâperforming mixedâuse estates, operating at scale across commercial, residential, retail and public realm assets. It is a live, highly serviced environment, where longâterm asset performance and technical quality are central to every decision. As the estate continues to evolve, the Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in strengthening technical oversight and delivery capability.
The role works closely with senior engineering leadership and will, over time, support the estate's evolving energy and sustainability agenda. While prior decarbonisation experience is advantageous, this is first and foremost a technically grounded role, requiring a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, asset lifeâcycle management and operational risk.
We are seeking an individual with a solid technical foundation in building services or M&E engineering, and experience operating within complex, occupied environments such as large estates, campuses or multiâbuilding portfolios. You may come from a clientâside, contractor or service provider background, but you will be comfortable dealing with hard services, major CapEx works and supplyâchain management. You will be pragmatic, detailâfocused and confident navigating ambiguity in a fastâmoving operational setting.
