A leading independent international insurance and reinsurance broker is seeking an Open TWINS expert to play a key role in the development, optimisation, governance, and ongoing evolution of its Technical Services function.

The Opportunity
You will become the firm's go-to expert for Open TWINS, helping to maximise system capability, improve user adoption, enhance technical processing standards, and support operational improvement initiatives across the business.
Working closely with Operations, Technical Services, Claims, system providers, and senior stakeholders, you'll have the opportunity to influence how technical processing is delivered across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for Open TWINS across the business.
- Lead user support, training, best practice, and system optimisation.
- Drive system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
- Support quality assurance, governance, and technical controls.
- Develop and maintain technical procedures and operating standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and market partners to improve operational effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and automation.
About You
- Strong London Market Technical Processing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Open TWINS is essential.
- Experience supporting, training, or mentoring colleagues on technical processing and systems.
- Strong understanding of specialty insurance and/or reinsurance operations.
- Process improvement mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
