We’re now looking for an EMEA Supply Planner to join our Operations team—someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and can ensure our products are always in the right place, at the right time.
The Role
As Supply Planner, you’ll be responsible for building and managing supply plans across EMEA—ensuring product availability while optimising inventory and cost. You’ll work closely with Demand Planning, Co‑Packers, NPD, and Project teams—owning the link between forecast and production, and playing a critical role in keeping Monster moving across the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and manage short and long‑term supply plans to meet demand and inventory targets
- Own and track purchase orders with co‑packers, ensuring accuracy across quantities, timelines, and specifications
- Monitor and mitigate risks including stock‑outs, delays, and excess inventory
- Identify slow‑moving and obsolete stock, driving action across cross‑functional teams
- Partner with NPD and Projects teams to deliver on‑time, in‑full product launches (OTIF)
- Manage Phase‑In / Phase‑Out (PIPO) processes to minimise waste and maximise availability
- Maintain accurate planning data within SAP / IBP systems
- Lead supply reviews with co‑packers as part of the S&OP process
- Analyse capacity constraints and develop contingency plans
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and root cause analysis

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Supply Planning within FMCG
- Strong understanding of MRP and supply planning principles
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Experience with SAP / IBP (desirable)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
