What you’ll be doing?

  • Lead and optimize 3PL partners across UK & EU for warehousing, fulfillment & transportation
  • Manage domestic logistics (UK & intra-EU) – last-mile, carrier management & route optimization
  • Handle inbound & outbound shipments from overseas (mainly Asia/HK) into EU/UK
  • Own customs clearance, documentation, VAT, duties & regulatory compliance
  • Provide full operational support for B2C, B2B and Retail orders (store replenishment, promotions, returns)
  • Ensure accurate ERP transactions and compliance with Finance/Accounts
  • Develop and implement SOPs; act as the bridge between UK/EU and Hong Kong HQ
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement as the business scales

Who are we looking for?

  • 5+ years in supply chain / logistics / 3PL, with 2+ years supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK & EU domestic logistics, international shipping & customs clearance
  • Experience supporting multi-channel operations (B2C, B2B, Retail)
  • ERP experience (NetSuite / SAP advantageous)
  • Right to work in the UK
