Camino Search is currently partnering with a boutique private equity advisory firm seeking a Strategic Advisor to lead on a capital raise for a renewable energy manufacturing company, backed by a lower mid-market private equity fund. This is a high-impact, hands-on role to support the end-to-end process from investor strategy and preparation through to close. You will be the key accountable stakeholder to:

  • Develop and own the capital raise strategy to build a compelling investment narrative.
  • Refine investor materials (pitch deck, financial model, supporting analysis).
  • Lead investor outreach, manage pipeline, and negotiate key commercial terms.
  • Negotiate key commercial terms, working directly with the internal executive team, external stakeholders, and prospective investors.

Experience:

  • Experience supporting end-to-end capital raising, ideally within investment banking, corporate finance/advisory, or project finance environments.
  • Demonstrable track record of closed transactions on buy-side and/or sell-side.
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, with the ability to build and stress-test models independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management - comfortable working with founders, board members, and investors.
  • Background in industrials/manufacturing sectors, ideally with exposure to renewable energy.
