Job Description
TSA Surveying are looking for 4 experienced Stock Condition Surveyors and EPC Assessor to conduct surveys for a large HA in London.
Surveyors Required
- 1 x East London
- 1 x West London
- 2 x North West London
Start Date
5th October 2026
Working Hours
3pm9pm
Minimum Engagement
4 days per week required
Duration
Approximately 48 months
Rates and Conditions
- Very Good Rates
- Outside IR35
- Tablet, Trainig and ID Badges/Calling Cards Provided
Responsibilities
You will be carrying out:
- Stock Condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and EPC Assessments
- Door knocking to arrange access where required and also attending pre-booked appointments
- We also have a property list available, which I can forward to interested surveyors via email.
