A leading developer is looking to appoint a Senior Technical Manager to take a key role on a major, high-profile residential-led development in London. This is a large-scale, complex scheme that will play a significant part in the wider regeneration of the area.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical delivery of a large residential scheme from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage and coordinate the full design team including architects, engineers, and specialist consultants
- Oversee planning conditions, building regulations, and statutory approvals
- Ensure all technical information is issued in line with programme requirements
- Work closely with internal teams including commercial, construction, and planning
- Provide technical input during value engineering and design optimisation stages
- Identify and manage technical risks, driving solutions across the project lifecycle
- Support the site team throughout construction, ensuring buildability and compliance
- Proven experience operating at Technical Manager or Senior Technical Manager level within residential development or housebuilding
- Track record of delivering large-scale, multi-unit residential schemes
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations, planning processes, and technical standards
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase developments
