Core Responsibilities
- Lead technical operations to ensure optimal performance and compliance across all critical services.

- Approve and maintain high standards of technical documentation, including safety programs, switching schedules, SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs.
- Manage and review site‑specific technical training programs.

- Act as a Senior Authorised Person (or work towards this designation) for HV/LV systems and confined spaces.
- Support audit readiness and compliance across critical systems.
- Provide guidance on technical improvements and drive innovation in operational delivery.
- Escalate urgent issues and provide technical solutions swiftly and effectively.
