Kitson Associates is working with a privately owned developer looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing West Midlands region. This comes with a fantastic progression opportunity, as the role will report directly to the Commercial Director.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the commercial aspects of multiple new-build residential projects
- Taking ownership of procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Supporting the growth of the commercial team as the business expands
