We are delighted to be supporting a long‑standing consultancy client based in London's West End with their search for a Senior Project Manager. The role will be part of a Project Management team delivering a complex masterplan in London, working with a high‑profile developer.
Key Responsibilities
- The Senior Project Manager will deliver a large retail programme within the wider development, ensuring retail units are ready for incoming occupiers.
- The role involves site visits across London and working closely with the developer to manage project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Applicants should come from a consultancy background with experience in JCT D&B contract administration and an Employers Agent capacity.
- Experience in retail, fit‑out, and shell & core across commercial (office) projects is preferred.
Commitment
Due to the urgency of this role, candidates will need to provide a 4‑week/1‑month notice period and be available to start by the end of June.
