Due to continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Senior Exhibition Project Manager to take ownership of high-value, bespoke projects, working closely with clients to bring creative concepts to life and ensure flawless delivery onsite.
The Role
As Senior Exhibition Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of bespoke exhibition stands, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Each bespoke project is assigned a dedicated Project Manager, so this role requires someone who takes real pride in their work, builds strong relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional results. You’ll work closely with design, production, and operations teams to ensure each stand is delivered to the highest standard, on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of bespoke exhibition stand projects
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong and trusted relationships
- Translate client briefs into deliverable project plans
- Collaborate with internal design and production teams
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources across multiple projects
- Oversee suppliers, contractors, and logistics
