  • — London (Hybrid, 3 days/week). Up to £150,000 + Benefits

A global leader in digital safety, protecting hundreds of millions of people worldwide through a portfolio of well-known consumer security brands, is looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to join its design leadership team.

This is a chance to shape product design strategy at scale, inside a business that is actively investing in raising the bar for design across the entire organisation.

About the Company

This organisation sits among the most established names in consumer digital safety, operating multiple recognised brands under one group and protecting over 400 million people globally.

Design has a genuine seat at the table here: a function of around 45 people spread across three locations, supporting both long-standing, high-traffic products and newer initiatives being built from the ground up.

The business works a hybrid model, three days a week in the London office, built on the belief that the best creative and strategic thinking happens together, in person, balanced with the flexibility to focus when it counts.

About the Opportunity

This role is part of an organisation-wide push to elevate design: its quality, its strategic weight, and its influence on product and business outcomes.

You would join at the right moment to help shape that.

Reporting to the VP of Design, you will be one of four Design Managers forming the design leadership team, each bringing strategic ownership across different parts of the product portfolio.

You will lead a team of designers directly, while staying close enough to the work to shape it: across interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.

You will define design vision for both 0–1 initiatives and mature, high-scale products, partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership, and present your thinking directly to senior stakeholders.

They will be focused on B2B Saa S platforms, shaping the experience to drive better customer satisfaction as well as the business outcomes.

This is a role for someone who wants to help set the standard for what great design looks like across a sizeable, growing function, and to see that standard reflected in real product and business outcomes.

What’s in it for you

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop designers directly, while shaping product design across interaction, information architecture, and visual design.
  • Define design vision for 0–1 initiatives and mature, high-scale products; partner with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Present design thinking and rationale to senior stakeholders; influence product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standards and drive outcomes across a B2B Saa S portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Design leadership experience in technology-driven, product-focused businesses, building engaging customer-facing software.
  • Experience designing for enterprise, B2B Saa S platforms.
  • Led design teams of 5+ people delivering large-scale initiatives across end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Strong track record of shaping product strategy and driving opportunities grounded in customer impact and business outcomes.
  • Strong design judgment and end-to-end ownership; ability to communicate rationale clearly.
  • Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders; able to align teams around a shared direction.
  • Curious about market trends and emerging technology; experience using AI tools to improve speed, quality, or efficiency.
  • Comfortable working across distributed teams and multiple locations.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, digital safety, or consumer security products is an asset but not essential.
  • What’s in it for you
  • A senior seat on a design leadership team at a global business, with design influence expanding across the organisation.
  • Opportunity to help shape standards and strategy for products used by millions of customers.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision cover; retirement plan participation and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan; unlimited PTO; annual education reimbursement; wellness support; and additional lifestyle perks.
  • A hybrid working model balancing in-person collaboration with focused deep work, including 30 days to work from anywhere in the world.
  • Interview process
  • Initial phone interview (45 mins) with the Hiring Manager / VP Design.
  • Design critique (1 hour) walkthrough of 1–2 projects with the Hiring Manager and a Product Designer.
  • Final round (approximately 2.5 hours) including a whiteboarding exercise, cross-functional interview, and culture-fit conversation.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and lived experiences.

If you require adjustments or support during the recruitment process, please let us know.

We’re happy to make reasonable accommodations to ensure a fair and accessible experience for everyone.
