- Proven Growth/Performance Marketing experience for a fast growth FMCG brand, ideally an omni-channel brand.
- Proven success developing performance creative.
- Experience managing large paid media budgets (£200k+ per month).
- Strong agency management experience.
- TikTok Shop experience is desirable, though not essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills.
