Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service visits on BMS installations.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, communication, and controls‑related faults.
- Perform system modifications, upgrades, and optimisation works.
- Analyse trends and system performance to improve energy efficiency and operational reliability.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures.
- Desired Experience
- Proven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.
- Strong knowledge of one or more major BMS platforms.
- Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic capabilities.
- Good understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation, and building services.
- Experience working in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or large commercial facilities is advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence.
