We are currently working with a well‑established and growing Lloyd's Broker who is looking to add an experienced Senior Account Handler to their US Marine Liability & Hull team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical knowledge and client‑servicing experience to join a highly respected business within the London Market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of US Marine Liability & Hull accounts
  • Handling renewals from inception through to completion
  • Preparing and processing slips, endorsements, and associated documentation
  • Liaising closely with brokers, underwriters, and clients on a daily basis
  • Supporting brokers with placement activities and market submissions
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service
  • Reviewing policy documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assisting with premium processing and credit control where required
  • Providing technical support across the team on complex risks

Experience Required

  • Previous solid experience within a London Market broking environment
  • Strong US Marine Liability and/or Hull insurance knowledge
  • Experience handling slips, renewals, and market documentation
  • Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Comfortable liaising with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders
