Contract Type: Fixed term contract role

Job Summary: SailPoint ISC Architect will need to design, configure, and implement governance solutions using SailPoint Security Cloud (ISC). The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define use cases, and implement lifecycle, access governance and compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use Case Analysis & Implementation: Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define governance use cases. Design and implement SailPoint ISC solutions to meet security, compliance, and business needs. Configure workflows, policies and lifecycle processes in SailPoint IdentityNow / Security Cloud.
  • Integration & Configuration: Integrate SailPoint ISC with HR systems, Active Directory, cloud applications (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise applications (SAP, ServiceNow, etc.). Configure and manage IdentityNow connectors for automated provisioning and deprovisioning. Implement role‑based access control (RBAC), attribute‑based access control (ABAC) and policies to enhance security.
  • Compliance & Governance: Define and implement access review campaigns, certification processes and audit policies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST. Provide governance reporting and analytics using SailPoint reporting capabilities.
  • Automation & Optimization: Develop and optimise lifecycle automation workflows. Implement API‑based automation for custom integrations and self‑service. Troubleshoot and resolve governance and access management issues.
  • Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation including design documents, implementation guides and operational procedures. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands‑on SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC implementation and 12 to 15 years architecting & implementing IGA solutions.
  • Technical Skills: SailPoint IdentityNow / ISC configuration & administration; LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, SCIM, and SSO (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect); scripting in Java, PowerShell or Python.
  • Soft Skills: strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to business and non‑technical stakeholders; ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Certifications: SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional; SailPoint Certified Security Cloud Engineer; other IAM‑related certifications such as CISSP, Entra ID, CyberArk PAM.
  • Nice to Have: experience with Privileged Access Management solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.); knowledge of Cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM); experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for IAM automation.
