Our client — a market‑leading global advisory firm — is seeking experienced Senior Managers to join its expanding Insurance Risk & Regulation Advisory team. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining client delivery, stakeholder influence and practice growth. You will work closely with major insurance clients, helping them navigate risk, transformation and regulatory change while contributing to the ongoing development of the wider practice.
Typical engagement work includes:
- Governance and controls transformation
- Internal controls framework design
- SOX / ICFR and reporting integrity programmes
- Risk and controls advisory
- Regulatory and supervisory engagement
- Finance, actuarial and risk transformation
- Prudential and regulatory change initiatives
- Technology and AI-enabled control environments
You’ll play a central role in leading teams, managing client relationships and helping shape future propositions.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Insurance Risk and/or Regulatory Advisory experience
- Are professionally qualified - CA / ACA / ACCA / IIA (or equivalent)
- Practice or insurance industry background
- Experience leading transformation or change programmes
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management capability
- Commercial awareness and leadership experience
- Interest in innovation, technology and AI within risk environments
