Role Overview
Support the commercial delivery of large‑scale residential new build schemes for a well‑established developer with a strong pipeline across East/South East London.
Responsibilities
- Support the commercial delivery of residential new build schemes.
- Manage subcontract procurement, variations and valuations.
- Assist with cost reporting, forecasting and final accounts.
- Work closely with operational and technical teams throughout delivery.
- Manage subcontractor accounts and package performance.
Requirements
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Project QS within residential construction.
- Strong understanding of procurement and commercial processes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing sizeable subcontract packages.
- Developer or main contractor background considered.
