We are currently supporting a leading independent construction and property consultancy in their search for Project-level Quantity Surveyors to join their growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse and high-profile project portfolio, with multiple roles available covering:

  • Residential & Higher Education
  • High-end residential towers and local authority schemes
  • University refurbishments and repurposing projects
  • Strong pipeline of London-based work
  • Exposure to a variety of JCT forms of contract

Responsibilities

The role will be responsible for delivering full pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying services across a range of projects, working closely with clients and project teams. The position offers strong client exposure and the chance to take ownership of key workstreams.

Requirements

  • Experience operating at Project QS level (or ready to step up)
  • Proven experience across JCT forms of contract (essential)
  • Background in one or more of the following sectors: Residential (developer or consultancy side), Higher education / public sector, Sports, leisure, or large‑scale mixed‑use projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
