A forward-thinking construction consultancy is expanding its London team and is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in West London.

The Role
You will take a leading role across the full project lifecycle, from early‑stage planning through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes on complex data centre schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project setup, feasibility, and early‑stage planning activities.
- Manage programme, cost, risk, and reporting processes.
- Act as key interface between clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Chair and contribute to client, design, and site meetings.
- Drive project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
- Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contractor selection.
- Manage change control, commercial performance, and value engineering.
- Ensure delivery against programme, quality, budget, and safety targets.
- Maintain a strong on‑site presence during live construction phases.
About you
This role suits an ambitious and commercially aware Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience in complex construction environments.
- Delivering projects within the private construction sector (data centre experience highly desirable).
- Consultancy‑side experience.
- Strong working knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts.
- Construction‑related degree.
- Progress toward or achievement of professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
