We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a rapidly scaling fintech payments organisation based in Central London. Operating within a highly regulated environment, this role will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.
This is a high-impact position in a fast-growing business where pace, precision, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of complex fintech and payments projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance
- Define project scope, timelines, governance, and delivery methodologies (Agile or hybrid)
- Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and governance frameworks
- 3+ years experience as a Project Manager within fintech or payments
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or hybrid delivery approaches
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively
- Experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes end-to-end
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
