I’m recruiting on behalf of an outstanding regional construction business to appoint a Project Director to lead the delivery of a flagship data centre project in Central London, with an estimated site value of c. £200m. The Role

As Project Director, you will have full responsibility for the successful end-to-end delivery of this landmark data centre project, from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will act as the senior client facing lead, setting project strategy, driving programme and commercial performance, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical excellence. Working closely with internal teams, consultants, and key supply-chain partners, you will lead a large, multidisciplinary delivery team and report directly at board level.
