Sharky + George is a creative events company built on one simple belief: the power of play can transform how people connect, celebrate and experience the world. From our offices in Brook Green and Bristol, our core team of 28 works alongside a 200-strong party team of actors to bring our events to life. We design immersive experiences for children and adults alike, and with more than 200 events delivered every month, play is at the heart of everything we do.

The largest part of the business is the Private Team, which organises all our most popular parties, ranging from the Classic, to Chocolate Making, Survival and Mini Disco parties as well as Bespoke parties in line with a client’s vision. We are looking for someone brilliant to join this team.

A typical day will be:

  • Responding to client enquiries via phone and email
  • Sourcing products and pulling kits together
  • Creating craft ideas and briefing the team
  • Arranging logistics
  • Potentially managing events on-site

Responsibilities include:

  • Regularly emailing and talking to clients on the phone to plan and deliver events for private clients
  • Providing detailed costings of events in line with relevant budgets
  • Careful management of budgets and margins when working on bespoke parties
  • Invoicing
