We’re currently recruiting for a Power Platform & Copilot Lead on behalf of an established organisation investing heavily in AI, automation, and modern Microsoft technologies across the business. This is a highly visible role focused on helping the organisation improve operational processes, automate manual workflows, and drive practical adoption of AI tools across the business using the Microsoft ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand operational challenges and identify where tools such as Copilot, Power Platform, and automation technologies can improve efficiency, reporting, collaboration, and day-to-day processes. From there, you’ll help design, build, and roll out practical AI and automation solutions that deliver real business value, while ensuring AI is adopted in a secure and well-governed way. This role is focused on AI enablement, automation, solution delivery, stakeholder engagement, and improving how the business uses Microsoft technologies internally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing and building solutions using Power Platform and Copilot
- Creating automations, workflows, and AI-driven business processes
- Developing Copilot agents and supporting AI adoption internally
- Working closely with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities
- Helping modernise operational processes using Microsoft technologies
