We are currently supporting a client through a significant technology transformation programme across the HR function and wider business. This role will play a key part in driving that change and supporting the ongoing development of the organisation’s HR systems landscape.
The primary focus of the position is to support the newly implemented HR system, SAP SuccessFactors, alongside associated modules including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Learning, Performance, and Onboarding. A strong emphasis will be placed on data, reporting, and analytics.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR systems professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, people data, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support integration activities between HR systems and wider business platforms
- Lead the design and development of standardised reports and dashboards aligned to business requirements, using SuccessFactors and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Identify, propose, and deliver system enhancements and process improvements within SuccessFactors
- Support the decommissioning of legacy HR systems, including data migration and transition planning
- Identify opportunities to further leverage technology to improve operational efficiency
- Assist in the design, review, and documentation of HR processes and workflows
The successful candidate will bring strong HR systems experience combined with excellent analytical capability and stakeholder management skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and translating technical information into clear, user-friendly solutions.
Skills & Experience Required- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with HR systems, including methods for collecting, exporting, and analysing HR data
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Reporting / Report Stories
- Advanced analytical and numeracy skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and produce meaningful insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience presenting technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Ability to combine HR functional knowledge with technical expertise to drive continuous system improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Good understanding of GDPR, data governance, and confidentiality requirements
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently using own initiative
- Flexibility to travel between office locations where required
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
