Salary and Compensation: £50,000 to £60,000 base salary plus discretionary bonus up to 20%, benefits included.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage OTC derivatives products including interest rate swaps, total return swaps, swaptions, forwards, FX swaps, bond options, futures, and cleared swaps.
  • Process life cycle events such as rate resets, rate fixings, coupon payments, interest calculations, options, and expirations.
  • Own trade support, life cycle management, collateral and cash management, and reconciliations.
  • Resolve complex trade queries for the London office.
  • Drive process enhancements and projects such as optimising trading controls, processes and systems.
  • Support NAV accounting and validation processes.
  • Collateral management and optimisation.
  • Provide cover with portfolio management systems (e.g., Broadridge PMS).

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and expertise processing OTC derivatives products, particularly interest rate swaps and related instruments.
  • Experience managing life cycle events for OTC derivatives.
  • Strong understanding of collateral, cash management, and reconciliation processes.
  • Experience with portfolio management systems and asset management operations preferred.
