We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Manager and EA to join an incredibly fast-paced, creative single-family office. This is a hands-on role combining office management, executive support, and project coordination. You’ll play a central role in keeping the business running smoothly while working closely with senior leadership across production, operations, and administration.
You’ll be the backbone of the organisation, ensuring structure, clarity, and momentum across day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Include:- Supporting senior leadership with calendar management, priorities, and coordination
- Tracking projects across development, financing, and production stages
- Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a well-run environment

- Maintaining documentation, contracts, and key business records
- Handling internal communications, databases, and correspondence
