We started as Burrito Kitchen, making the tastiest Burritos (which we still do in 4 locations) but more recently we have rebranded and launched B.Kitchen and we operate build-your-own salad bars, fresh orange juice machines and hot counters within Tesco stores. We are currently trading in 23 locations and we are entering an exciting growth phase with 20 additional stores launching in Q2 this year. This is a pivotal role for someone who has been there during scale and wants to help shape the next chapter of a fast-growing food retail business.
B Kitchen is a fast-growing food retail business operating salad bars, fresh juice machines and hot counters within Tesco stores. With 23 stores currently trading and 20 new locations launching this year, we are looking for a strong Multi-Site Manager to lead performance across 5 London locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced food retail, understands multi-site operations, and can drive both standards and sales. The successful candidate must be happy to get hands on with supporting the team in daily operations where needed. All our products are sold through the Tesco till system so your main responsibility is to support and manage our kitchen teams.
Key Responsibilities- Full operational responsibility for 5 London stores
- Drive sales, labour control and profitability across your region
- Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and Supervisors
- First point of cover if a store needs support
- Ensure high standards in food safety, compliance and brand execution
- Deliver strong customer experience within the Tesco environment
- Monitor KPIs including sales, waste, labour and like-for-like growth
- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management
- Implement in-store campaigns, promotions and meal deal initiatives
- Work closely with the Commercial and Senior Leadership teams
- Be present in stores regularly — leading from the front
- Proven experience in multi-site food retail or food-to-go
- Strong leadership and people development skills
- Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance through KPIs
- Organised, hands‑on and comfortable working in-store
- Experience operating within a grocery retail environment (desirable)
- Flexible and available to work Monday to Sunday as required
