We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager with a strong focus on Building Management Systems (BMS) to join our growing team based in Waterloo. This role will involve managing projects typically valued between £300k and £1.5m, delivering high-quality building services solutions across a range of commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of MEP projects, with a particular emphasis on BMS installations and upgrades
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and controls engineers
  • Ensure seamless integration of BMS with wider building systems and network infrastructure
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor project performance, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, health & safety regulations, and quality procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager, ideally within BMS-focused projects
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical plant systems
  • In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
  • Experience with network integration and smart building technologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Relevant engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services)
  • Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments
  • Familiarity with leading BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider)
