An established M&E contractor delivering works across Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust sites is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent projects within live acute hospital environments. This is a leadership role managing mechanical packages including:
- Boiler house upgrades
- Ventilation & AC systems
- Pipework replacement
- FCU installations
- Steam & MTHW systems
- BMS coordination
The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, client relationships, programme management, permits, isolations, subcontractors and in-house delivery teams across multiple hospital sites.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical project management background
- Experience within commercial building services or healthcare environments
- Ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong client-facing and leadership skills
- Knowledge of permit-controlled environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
