They are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of either one large scheme or a portfolio of smaller fast-track projects running concurrently. This role will suit someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys taking real responsibility for delivery.

To be considered, you must have managed mechanical teams on commercial projects and have a strong mechanical bias with proven delivery experience.

Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Taking full operational responsibility for mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
  • Driving programme performance and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
  • Working closely with the commercial team to maintain cost control, protect margin and maximise value
  • Leading and coordinating Engineers, Site Managers and Supervisors
  • Chairing client and consultant meetings, acting as the mechanical delivery lead
  • Managing procurement and subcontractor performance
  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and site compliance
  • Identifying buildability improvements and programme efficiencies
