As a M&E Divisional Director, you will take full accountability for the operation and success of your division, including:
- Leading the delivery of complex MEP and multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Owning divisional financial performance, including forecasting of pipeline, cost, sales, margin and risk.
- Providing clear leadership across operations, resourcing, programme, commercial control and technical governance.
- Acting as the senior escalation point for technical, contractual and delivery risk across projects.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, industry standards and internal policies.
- Driving a strong culture of governance, performance management and continuous improvement.
Strategy, Growth & Business Development
You will play a key role in shaping the future of the business by:
- Developing and delivering a divisional strategy aligned with the wider business plan.

What We’re Looking For
- Senior leadership experience with a Main/General contractor.
- A strong track record of running projects or business units with full accountability.
- Experience leading MEP and multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects, background as a M&E trade or engineer.
- Experience within design departments is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements within the construction and engineering environment.
- A confident, credible leadership style aligned with a professional, client-focused organisation.
