The Advocate Group is proud to represent an incredible global FMCG brand in the search for a dynamic and motivated Raw Material Planner to be a part of their incredible EMEA supply and operations division. You will get to be a key part of the central nervous system of some of their top brands across Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create material plans to figure out the necessary supplies, ingredients, and packaging needed for production.
  • Keep an eye on raw material and packaging stock levels to ensure they’re just right.
  • Put in place inventory controls to avoid excess or outdated stock and prevent shortages.
  • Team up with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time and keep the relationship running smoothly.
  • Review supplier performance and suggest improvements when needed.
  • Work closely with the finished goods and NPD teams to refine supplier forecasts.
  • Use forecasting tools and past data to fine-tune demand projections.
  • Analyse production, inventory, and supplier data to make informed decisions and prepare reports for management.

Experience

  • Solid experience as an MRP Planner or in a similar supply planning role within the FMCG industry.
  • Comfortable using MRP/ERP software – some experience with SAP is a must in this role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a knack for interpreting data to guide decisions.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers and plants.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment!
