We are seeking an experienced Lead Security Architect to play a pivotal role in driving Microsoft Security solutions across large-scale enterprise engagements. This is a senior leadership position combining technical expertise, sales engagement, solution design, and delivery oversight.
This role sits at the heart of a high-growth Microsoft-focused security practice, working on complex transformation programmes across major UK and global clients.
Role Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of Microsoft Security solutions across enterprise clients
- Own solutioning and support sales engagements, including large-scale presales opportunities (£3m-£6m+)
- Define and evolve go-to-market offerings and security capabilities
- Provide technical leadership across delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Act as a thought leader in Microsoft Security, both internally and externally
- Drive capability development, including skills, certifications, and team growth
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Security across Defender, Sentinel, Entra, Purview, and cloud security
- Strong background in both presales and delivery within enterprise environments
- Proven ability to lead large-scale security transformation programmes
- Experience shaping and building new security offerings
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive level
- Advanced Microsoft security certifications (e.g. SC-100, SC-200)
- Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM or similar
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR, ISO27001, NIST)
