Cyan Partners have partnered up exclusively with an exciting fast-growing PE backed business at the very forefront of private wire renewable energy solutions as they seek to make the crucial hire of a 'Head of Legal' to spearhead the legal function in an ever-changing regulatory landscape.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced lawyer (circa 8+ PQE) who is ready to step into a lead role with a broad remit that will report directly to the CEO to support their growth and project delivery across the whole business (including but not limited to Commercial, Finance, Planning, Projects and Real Estate functions).
This role would suit an individual with significant experience advising on major construction or infrastructure projects coupled up with an exposure to and understanding of PPAs and commercial energy contracts (including EPC & O&M contracts).
