The Role

  • Day-to-day building maintenance (fabric, fixtures, fittings)
  • Painting, decorating, and general upkeep of shared spaces
  • Basic plumbing and minor repairs (locks, doors, fittings)
  • Routine building checks and support with H&S compliance
  • Liaison with contractors and supervised access to restricted areas
  • Assistance with room setups, internal moves, and small projects

  • Salary: £39,000–£44,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus
  • Contract: 12-month FTC or immediate-start temporary option available
