We are supporting a leading agency that delivers exhibition and trade show presence globally for a range of clients. This is a hands-on role with real leadership responsibility. You'll manage a talented team whilst owning your own portfolio of custom and modular exhibition stand builds from design sign-off through to on-site delivery.
The Role:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex custom exhibition stand builds, including double-deck structures and modular builds.
- Own each project commercially, maintaining margins and managing cost.
- Manage team capacity and project allocation across a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Act as senior escalation point for your team, handling complex challenges and client issues.
- Drive supplier and contractor relationships to ensure quality, budget, and timeline compliance.
- Estimate, prepare and review project costings and budgets for both custom and modular builds.
- Travel across the UK (and internationally) to oversee installations and on-site delivery.
What experience do you need?
- Proven experience delivering complex, custom exhibition stand builds, including double deck structures.
- Strong knowledge of modular build systems alongside bespoke builds.
- Solid estimating and costing experience with full commercial awareness.
- Experience in a leadership capacity, with the confidence to manage and develop a team.
- Robust understanding of exhibition regulations, venue compliance, and H&S requirements (AEV eGuide knowledge a plus).
- Excellent client management skills with the ability to lead relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in high standards.
