I'm currently supporting a key client of mine, a market-leading investment manager, who are looking to hire an Enterprise Risk Manager into a high-profile 2nd line role, offering exceptional exposure, career progression, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the strongest talent in the market. This is a genuinely high-impact position with direct visibility to senior leadership, where risk plays a central role in strategic decision-making. You will help shape and evolve the firm’s enterprise risk framework across a sophisticated, multi-asset platform.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering closely with the business to challenge and assess key risks
- Leading deep-dive reviews across priority risk areas
- Driving risk appetite, emerging risk and RCSA processes
- Enhancing ERM frameworks, governance and reporting
- Influencing risk culture across the organisation
Essential Requirements (please ensure you have direct experience before applying):
- Investment management experience is essential
- Current or recent experience in Enterprise Risk and/or Operational Risk (2LOD)
- Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, risk appetite and controls
- Credible stakeholder engagement skills within a front-office environment
Additional details:
- London (hybrid)
- Up to £100k base + excellent package
- No VISA sponsorship available
- Must be in the office minimum 3 days a week.
